Our Mum and Bubs classes are making it easy for our local mums to get moving and toned up after having a baby. It’s time to bounce back to your pre-pregnancy fitness with our Mums & Bubs sessions.
Tighten your tummy, tone your bum, increase those energy levels and build strength with our tailor made and interactive workouts.
Our Mums and Bubs classes become addictive, but the first step is always the hardest one. When you become introduced to other like mined new mums and our wonderful instructor, you’ll be left wanting more.
Our small group training sessions give Mums and their bubs the opportunity to work out in a fun, social and supportive environment whilst regaining their fitness and strength.
